Design & Layout
We produce floor plan options, exterior finish selections, and a detailed project proposal with fully transparent pricing and lead time.

Factory Build
Containers are stripped, insulated, wired, plumbed, and fully fitted in our workshop — every unit is QA-checked before it leaves our facility.

Delivery & Setup
Crane or HIAB delivery direct to your site. Full service connection, snagging check, and sign-off — your home is ready to move into.
